Refund policy

We stand behind the quality of every Sound Science Nutrition™ product.

Unopened products: We accept returns of unopened, factory-sealed boxes within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping. A full refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection.

Opened products: Due to the nature of nutritional supplements, we cannot accept returns on opened boxes or partially used products. However if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will make it right.

Damaged or incorrect orders: Contact us at cs@soundsciencenutrition.com or 1-877-BE SOUND within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no charge.

Subscriptions: Subscription orders may be cancelled before the next order processes. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery.

Non-returnable items: Individual packets that have been opened, syringes that have been used, and the SSN Fluid Motion pump bottle once opened cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
